WESTKING Type J Road vehicles Fuse-links are available in voltages of 500VDC and 750VDC. They are commonly used as main circuit protection elements in PDUs, with currents ranging from 50A to 600A, suitable for different vehicle models. WESTKING will introduce you to the structure of the AUTOMOTIVE GRADE EVFUSE, which is significantly different from other factories, and it is a fuse structure specifically designed for new energy electric vehicles.
1-The metal end cap and purple copper legs are robustly secured via riveting and re-welding to guarantee their stability against vibration.
2-The fuse tube is fabricated from high-alumina ceramic, capable of enduring electric arc exposure and sustaining its shape under high temperatures.
3-The fuse element is crafted from imported Japanese alloy materials, guaranteeing its resilience to current stunts.
4-The arc quenching medium is high-purity quartz sand, selectively cleaned and processed.
5-WESTKING's developed curing procedure is employed to solidify the quartz sand, preventing the fuse element from splitting due to vibrations and efficiently mitigating the intensity of electric arc impacts.
6-An interference fit is implemented for the inner and outer end caps to minimize resistance.
